SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping at STUDIO HER is always free – with no exceptions.

  • Delivery is available throughout Poland.

  • Our trusted primary delivery partner is inPost, offering fast deliveries to parcel lockers (Paczkomaty) or directly via courier.

  • All orders are fulfilled using custom-sized packaging.

  • Each product is additionally secured and accompanied by a special information card to ensure quality and your comfort.
     

RETURN POLICY

All STUDIO HER clients are entitled to a 30-day return period for ordered products.

If for any reason you wish to return a product, we have prepared a simple return process using inPost.

 

Return Conditions

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, with intact tags and protective film.

  • Delivery Partner: inPost, option: Quick Returns, delivery to a parcel locker (Paczkomat).

  • Return Cost: The return cost is covered by the client, according to the inPost pricing.
     

Return Procedure

  • Contact: Reach out to us at contact@studioher.pl, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Package Preparation: Pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all elements are well secured. For throws, pack them flat, without folding.

  • Shipping the Package: Follow the instructions from inPost and drop off the package at the designated return point.
     

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a full refund of the purchase amount within 14 business days, using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.

 

Additional Information

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, contact us as soon as possible at contact@studioher.pl.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, inform us within 14 days of receiving the shipment, including photos of the damage and your order number.
